This is the first step. Once you are in the dashboard, you’ll be able to create a chatbot on clicking create bot or you can use  the ready templates which is mention in use ready templates also by clicking on question you can directly redirect to support page. And the bell icon is use for notification purpose.

Create bot 

  . Clicking on the create bot will take you  to the create new bot 

Steps to create new bot flow :

1)After clicking on create new bot, you can enter his bot name in the bot name field.

2)You  can set his welcome message in (your welcome message field ) 

He can hit url related to suggestion text field 

3)You  can also select nlp option i.e diagloflow and wit.ai for none user can select none option.

4)Click on create to create bot and user can close the bot after clicking on close.
